Many companies would lead you to believe that they have the best whitening toothpaste, but there is no easy or "right" way to whitening your teeth and keeping them that way. Whitening toothpastes are one of those methods, but there are plenty of products on the market promising results.

The toothpaste uses abrasives to clean the teeth, while the bleaching gel uses peroxide to gently bleach away surface and deeper stains.
