CDC reports oral health care improved

August 28th, 2005

Based on studies conducted 10 years apart, the most recent completed in 2002, the CDC reports that oral health has improved in the United States.

Cavities are becoming less common, more dental sealants have been used, and people are losing fewer teeth.

Also the numbers of seniors (from 30% to roughly 20%) with false teeth has decreased as well.

Give yourselves a pat on the back for good oral hygiene!
