Covered toothbrush holdersThese are the more traditional types of toothbrush holders. They are a cup with a lid, with usually 4 holes in the lid for placing your toothbrush in. These can be purchased in a variety of colors and styles so that they can accent your bathroom nicely. One thing to note is the bottom of the inside of these cups usually get gunk on them from the water and bacteria on your toothbrushes running to the bottom.

Like the holders mentioned above, these come in a variety of shapes and sizes to match your bathroom. These too must be occasionally wiped down to keep them clean.
